Procedures And Time Frame Of The Greece Residency By Investment Program

The Greece Golden Visa Program follows a structured process for individuals seeking permanent residency. First, applicants choose from investment options like real estate, capital transfer, or share purchase. They gather necessary documents, including investment certificates and identification. Then, they submit the application to Greek authorities, starting the residence permit process.

This involves background checks and a review of compliance. The application is usually processed in 90 to 120 days. Once approved, applicants receive residence permits, allowing legal residency in Greece. These permits are renewable every five years, leading to permanent residency through the Golden Visa Program.
