Procedures And Time Frame Of USA Residency By Investment
To apply for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, applicants must complete the designated forms and submit them along with the required fees and supporting documents. This includes personal documents, medical reports, vaccination records, certified police clearance certificates, and any relevant court records. On average, applicants typically receive their initial conditional green cards within a timeframe ranging from 12 to 36 months. After two years, they can file for the conversion of their conditional green cards into regular green cards.
Spouses and unmarried children under 21 years of age can also apply for green cards as derivative applicants without the need for additional financial contributions, but they must provide their own documentation.
Permanent residents have the freedom to settle anywhere in the USA, although their visa-free or visa-on-arrival access is more limited compared to citizens of other countries.
